Oatmeal raisin cookies

Ingredients for about 24 cookies :
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar,
1/2 cup granulated sugar,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
1 egg,
1 1/2 cups quick uncooked oats,
1 cup all-purpose flour,
1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
1/2 cup chopped walnuts,
1/2 cup raisins,

Preheat oven to 180C / 350F. Lightly spray cookie pan. In a large bowl, cream butter with both sugars. Add vanilla and egg; blend well. Stir in oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Stir in nuts and raisins. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared pan. Bake 15-18min or until edges are light golden brown.
